Iris Apfel, for me, is the ultimate icon for aged eccentricity. She relates to my shoot because she styles her look with a lot of accessories and jewellery, which is what I'm planning to do also. Although she is VERY eccentric, she looks classy which is what I'm planning to achieve in my shoot as well.
My idea for my model to be "jewel" themed seems to fit with Iris Apfel because she is not afraid of bright colours, and she wears them with class and sophistication.
